Once upon a time there was a man called Tom who drove to a shop and he was in a car accident. He lost his arm and it was replaced with a colourful robotic arm.  When he recovered he spilled a glass of water and when he waved his arm it rewound time by a few seconds.  Then he knew that his robotic arm had powers.
