Have you ever done a Juice Cleanse??

Now I would really like to hear from you, have you ever done a juice cleanse or detox? There's a place here in California called Nekter Juice Bar and they offer a 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 day cleansing program. Each day you get 6 bottles of juice and all you consume for 5 days is these 6 bottles of juice per day if you are doing the 5 day cleanse.
