First Step, make snacking healthier
So because of my fashion design studies, I end up working late at night, and many a time my tummy starts growling and I feel the need for a snack.
So one of the shifts I've made is incorporating healthy snacks like almonds, yogurt, fruit, cheese and crackers. I know ideally there should be zero snacking, but I feel these snacks are better than having chips, chocolate, sweets, ice-cream, etc right???
I have even grown to enjoy this wonderful Numi Green Tea with toasted rice ... ;-)
